We do hand drawn or computer aided design; from sketches to technical drawings, your ideas will be well represented.
We have extensive fabric knowledge and are well connected through industry to source the appropriate materials for your project. Staying current on new textiles and technologies, we are able to supply you with the most fitting fabrics and components. We will help you down select materials based on our understanding of material characteristics, behaviors, and benefits. We have experience in sourcing elements both textile and non textile and have reliable sources for manufacturing as well.
We are experts in drafting accurate and high quality patterns. Using precise measurements, we hand draft each piece and provide finished, production ready patterns. You will be provided with a complete hard copy set, with the added option of sturdy traceable templates.
Upon establishing patterns, we get down to the cutting and sewing. We cut with exactness by hand then sew your sample with care. With over twenty-two years of sewing experience, your prototype will be constructed to be functional and clean. Our prototyping service provides you with a finished product for a proof of concept on a new idea, a wear testing sample for form, fit and function, or a sew-by sample needed for manufacturing.
As part of the product's development, we supply you with all the accompanying technical information and specifications needed to go into manufacturing. The information will be organized into a technical data package (TDP) that contains visusals, a bill of materials, specs, and cutters/sewers must reference.
We specalize in soft goods, both wearable and non-wearable but also have expertise in integrating hard and soft goods; including electronics into textile components. With experience working across a variety of projects, we have a wide range of adopted skills and our capabilities are always expanding. We have familiarity with the patent process and a background in ASTM testing standards. Along with our knowledge in CPSC and UL requirements, we can follow any requirements you need adhere to. Well acquainted with high end garment alterations, we can provide fit analysis and the corresponding corrections. We also deliver the service of finished garment specing.

Bettina is a creator and innovator. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design with a major in fashion design. She has been sewing for over twenty-two years.
Nicholas is a Marine Corps veteran. He is currently obtaining his Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting management from Northeastern University.
